離子交換樹脂如何預(yù)處理How to pretreat ion exchange resin (1）陽離子交換樹脂的預(yù)處理步驟 首先用清水對樹脂進(jìn)行沖洗,洗至出水清澈無混濁、無雜質(zhì)為止。而后用4~5%的HCl和NaOH在交換柱中依次交替浸泡2~4小時，在酸堿之間用大量清水淋洗至出水接近中性，如此重復(fù)2~3次，每次酸堿用量為樹脂體積的2倍。后一次處理應(yīng)用4~5%的HCl溶液進(jìn)行，用量加倍效果更好。放盡酸液，用清水淋洗至中性即可待用。 (1) Pre treatment steps of cation exchange resin Firstly, rinse the resin with clean water until the effluent is clear without turbidity or impurities. Then soak alternately in 4-5% HCl and NaOH in the exchange column for 2-4 hours, rinse with plenty of water between acid and alkali until the effluent is close to neutral. Repeat this process 2-3 times, with the amount of acid and alkali used each time being twice the volume of the resin. The subsequent treatment should be carried out using 4-5% HCl solution, and doubling the dosage yields better results. Drain the acid solution and rinse with clean water until neutral before use. (2) Pre treatment steps of anion exchange resin Firstly, rinse the resin with clean water until the effluent is clear without turbidity or impurities. Then soak alternately in 4~5% NaOH and HCl in the exchange column for 2~4 hours. Rinse with plenty of water between alkali and acid until the effluent is close to neutral. Repeat this process 2~3 times, with the amount of acid and alkali used each time being twice the volume of the resin. Compared to the last treatment, using 4-5% NaOH solution, doubling the dosage yields better results. Drain the alkaline solution and rinse with clean water until neutral before use. |
